Infomina Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Infomina (KLSE:INFOM) has agreed to acquire a 51% stake in technology company Blue Fortress for 25.5 million ringgit, according to a Wednesday filing to the Malaysian stock exchange.The company's shares were up nearly 2% in Thursday's trade.The company will acquire a total of 102,000 ordinary shares from Luke Shu Ern Huong, Seu Nga @ Peter Shu, Tan Chin Moy and Yap Sin Hoe.The acquisition is aimed at expanding the company's enterprise technology ecosystem by adding specialized cybersecurity and digital trust capabilities to complement its existing strengths in digital transformation, data and artificial intelligence-enabled solutions.

Infomina Secures MYR21 Million ICT Infrastructure Services Deal

Infomina (KLSE:INFOM) bagged a 21.1 million ringgit contract from Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan to provide technology infrastructure operations, maintenance and support services, according to a Wednesday Malaysian bourse filing.Shares gained over 2% in Thursday's midday trade.The 36-month contract runs from Aug. 1, 2026, to July 31, 2029. It covers ICT infrastructure and networking hardware across more than 170 JPJ branches nationwide, including its mobile vehicles.The contract is expected to contribute positively to the group's earnings over the contract period.
