HUBLine Confirms Unit-Operated Helicopter in Fatal Crash
HUBLine (KLSE:HUBLINE) confirmed that a helicopter operator of its subsidiary, Layang Layang Aerospace, was involved in an incident at the Long Lellang STOLport in Sarawak on Sept. 8, according to a Tuesday Bursa Malaysia filing.The helicopter was operating a Flying Doctor Service flight with five people aboard when the accident occurred.The company's unit has activated an emergency response plan and is working with authorities, while assessing the financial and operational effects of the incident.
