Hextar Technologies, Widad Development Terminate Land Disposal Deal
Hextar Technologies Solutions (KLSE:HEXTECH) unit has mutually agreed with Widad Development (Nilai) to terminate discussions and cease all obligations relating to the proposed disposal of four parcels of industrial land in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia.The company said both parties will have no further claims or obligations from the deal, which had been under negotiation since 2024.Hextech added that the termination is not expected to have any material impact on its earnings, net assets or share capital for the financial year ending March 2027.
