Globetronics Technology Completes Warrants Issue
Globetronics Technology (KLSE:GTRONIC) completed its free warrants exercise after listing and quotating 357.4 million warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia, according to a Monday Malaysian bourse filing.Shares gained over 2% in Tuesday's midday trade.Previously, the company proposed to issue up to 368.5 million free warrants, based on one warrant for every two existing shares held.
