Fronteken's Unit Provides Additional Details on Taiwan Land Acquisition
Frontken's (KLSE:FRONTKN) subsidiary, Ares Green Technology, provided additional information on the acquisition of industrial land and factory buildings in Taiwan from Ginwin Technology, according to a Monday Bursa Malaysia filing.The semiconductor equipment maintenance company is acquiring the property for NT$90 million, which includes seven parcels of land totaling 16,172 square meters.The purchase consideration will be paid in installments, with the unit planning the first phase of construction of new production lines during the first half of 2027.
