Exsim Hospitality (KLSE:EXSIMHB) unit EXSIM Concepto secured a 45 million ringgit construction works contract, according to a Wednesday Malaysian bourse filing.Shares gained about 2% in Thursday's midday trade.The letter was awarded by AmFIRST REIT's trustee Maybank Trustees for construction works at Summit Hotel USJ.The project covers the execution and completion of a 17-story hotel with three basement levels, including architectural works and guest room fit-outs across multiple phases.Construction is scheduled to begin on May 22, 2026, with phased completion extending through the end of 2026, it said.
