DXN Provides Updates on MOUs
DXN (KLSE:DNX) said its memorandum of understanding with Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, Hospital Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman and Yayasan Prihatin Nasional will expire on July 30 and will not be renewed or extended, according to a Monday Malaysian bourse filing.The company said the expiry is not expected to have a material operational or financial impact for the financial year ending Feb. 28, 2027.DXN also provided updates on its other MOUs, including progress on investment and project discussions in Morocco, Kedah and Brazil, saying there were no material developments on agreements with the University of Cyberjaya and Apex-Brasil since its previous update.
