Dialog Group Subsidiary Transfers Interest in Cendramas PSC to Unit

Dialog Group (KLSE:DIALOG) unit, Dialog Resources, assigned and novated al its rights, liabilities, interests and obligations under the Cendramas production sharing contract to subsidiary, Dialog Resources (Cendramas).An addendum to the production sharing contract and joint operating agreement have also been executed to reflect the assignment, according to a Thursday filing with the Malaysian Exchange.The contract is now between Dialog Resources (Cendramas), Petronas and partners, Medco Asia Pacific and EnQuest Petroleum Production Malaysia.The assignment is part of the oil, gas and petrochemical services provider's internal reorganization of certain subsidiaries.

Malaysian shares ended losses to end in the red zone, amid a mixed regional performance. The investors could not find positive cues as rising oil prices continue to burden the economy.The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI shed 3.07 points to end 0.2% lower at 1,717.27 The day range was between 1,717.27 and 1,731.79.In economic news, Malaysia's Producer Price Index (PPI) rose 1.1% year on year in March, reversing a 3.4% decline in February and marking the first increase since March 2025, the Department of Statistics Malaysia reported.The mining sector surged 26.5%, driven by a 38.5% jump in crude oil extraction, while the water supply index rose 11.3% and electricity and gas supply increased 9.6%.In corporate news, Gold Li (KLSE:GOLDLI) is seeking to raise 15.2 million ringgit via an IPO on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia. Dialog Closes Divestment of Dialog Diyou PCR

Dialog Group (KLSE:DIALOG) completed the disposal of Dialog Diyou PCR via its unit Dialog Chemicals, according to a Friday Malaysian bourse filing.Shares gained about 3% on Monday's close.Earlier, Dialog Chemicals, and partner Diyou PCR, agreed to sell their entire stakes in Dialog Diyou PCR to Ocean Fund, and Circulate Capital Ocean Fund I-B. The disposal involves a nominal cash consideration of 1 ringgit each for the sellers, while the purchaser will inject $8.5 million into the company to fully repay its bank loans.Dialog said the disposal is part of its strategy to refocus on core energy businesses.
