Deleum Unit Concludes Members' Voluntary Winding-Up
Deleum (KLSE:DELEUM) unit Deleum Rotary Services held its final meeting on Wednesday to conclude its members' voluntary winding-up.The liquidator will lodge the required return with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and Official Receiver within seven days of the meeting, according to a Thursday filing with the Malaysian bourse.The subsidiary will be dissolved three months after the return is lodged, in accordance with the Companies Act 2016.
