BWYS Seeks Renewal of Transactions Mandate; Shares Gain 3%
BWYS (KLSE:BWYS) is seeking to renew its authorization to conduct revenue-generating transactions at its upcoming annual general meeting, according to a Tuesday Malaysian bourse filing.Shares rose 3% in Wednesday's midday trade.The company will share a statement containing details of the plans with shareholders in due time, it said.
