Avaland Unit's Property Acquisition Deal with Tong Ah Becomes Unconditional
Avaland (KLSE:AVALAND) unit Nexus Advertising's deal to acquire three adjoining freehold development land parcels in Kuala Lumpur has become unconditional after all conditions precedent were fulfilled, according to a Wednesday filing.The 7,612.63-square-meter land parcels are being acquired from Tong Ah for 86 million ringgit.
