APB Resources Prices Private Placement Shares; Shares Rally 9%
APB Resources (KLSE:APB) set the issue price of its private placement shares at 0.1470 ringgit apiece, according to a Thursday Malaysian bourse filing.Shares jumped about 9% in Friday's afternoon trade.The fabrication of process equipment had proposed to issue up to 10% of its total issued shares to third-party investors.The issue price represents a discount of about 9.82% from the five-day-volume-weighted average price of company shares up to and including April 22.
