Alpha IVF Group Invests Additional SG$1.1 Million in Singaporean Women's Specialists Hub Operator
Alpha IVF Group (KLSE:ALPHA) has invested an additional SG$1.1 million in Alpha International Women's Specialists Singapore through a rights issue, according to a Thursday filing to the Malaysian stock exchanges.The company subscribed to an additional 114.8 million ordinary shares of the Singaporean women's specialists center operator at $0.01 per rights share.Following the rights issue subscription, the shareholdings will increase to 129.4 million ordinary shares, amounting to 96.5% of the enlarged share capital of Alpha International.The investment will not have any effect on the stakes held by the shareholders of Alpha IVF, the company said.
