Vanadian Energy Names Interim CEO
Vanadian Energy (VEC-H.V) announced Wednesday the appointment of Brenda Nowak as interim president and chief executive officer of the company.In addition to her role as president and CEO of the company, she is also corporate secretary and chief financial officer with Crossroads Gold Corp (CRG.V) and Klondike Gold Corp (KG.V), vice president corporate finance for Fiore Management Advisory Corp and also the corporate secretary for North Arrow Minerals (NAR.V)."Ms. Nowak has over 30 years of experience in the legal industry specializing in securities and corporate finance," added the company. "She has worked with numerous public company boards and has played a pivotal role in supporting their executive management teams."
