Jadestone Energy to Supply Gas to Vietnam's Petrovietnam Unit
Jadestone Energy (JSE.L) finalized an agreement to supply gas from the Nam Du/U Minh discoveries offshore Vietnam to Vietnam's state-owned Petrovietnam unit PV Gas, according to a Monday release.Under the gas sales and purchase agreement, the London-listed upstream company will deliver a daily contract quantity of 80 million standard cubic feet per day, with the maximum set at 110% and a take-or-pay obligation fixed at 90% of the volume.The Nam Du/U Minh discoveries, which hold independently audited gross 2P reserves of 32 million barrels of oil equivalent, are expected to begin production in late 2028.
