Inspiration Mining Closes Non Flow-Through Private Placement; Shares up 4.5%
Inspiration Mining (ISP.CN) closed its non-brokered private placement financing for aggregate gross proceeds of $321,000 from the sale of around 3.2 million units of the company at $0.10 each, the company said on Wednesday.Each unit was comprised of one common share and one transferable common share purchase warrant, said the company and added that each warrant will entitle the subscriber to purchase one common share of the company for a 36-month period after the closing date of the offering at an exercise price of $0.13 per common share.Proceeds raised will be used for general working capital purposes.Shares of the company were last seen up $0.005 at $0.115 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.Price: $0.12, Change: $+0.01, Percent Change: +4.55%
