ILC Critical Minerals Raises C$382,500 Via Non-Brokered Private Placement
ILC Critical Minerals (ILC.V) on Tuesday closed a non-brokered private placement offering of shares, raising C$382,500The company placed 19.13-million shares priced at C$0.02, falling short of its original April 8 target for the financing of selling 50-million shares to raise C$1 million.ILC expects $126,784 or 33% of the proceeds from the offering to be used for exploration and general working capital needs, and $255,716 or 67% for management, director and professional fees to insiders.Four directors and an officer of the company participated in the offering, it said.The company's shares were last seen unchanged at C$0.02 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
