Golden Agri-Resources Forms New Unit, Shuts Down Two Subsidiaries
Golden Agri-Resources (SGX:E5H) incorporated a new unit, Straits Horizon Investment, in Singapore.The new unit was incorporated with an issued and paid-up capital of $1 and will engage in investment holding, according to a Friday Singapore Exchange filing.Meanwhile, the group's two units, GF International and Harford, were struck off their respective registers.Separately, Golden Agri-Resources' Sinar Mas Agro Resources (IDX:SMAR) and Technology and Perusahaan Perkebunan Panigoran completed a merger in Indonesia, with Sinar Mas Agro Resources as the surviving entity.
