Vinpearl Joint Stock Company Secures $255 Million Strategic Investment
Vinpearl Joint Stock Company (HOSE:VPL) secured a $255 million strategic investment from Temasek-linked SeaTown Credit Fund III and Oman Investment Authority, according to a company release on Tuesday.The investment was carried out by the company's Vietnam-Oman Investment platform, issued as convertible dividend preference shares with Jefferies acting as the exclusive financial adviser.The capital injection will allow the company to develop its portfolio of 60 facilities, which include 5-star hotels and resorts.
