Hoist Finance Launches SEK300 Million Subordinated Tier 2 Capital Instrument Issue

Hoist Finance (HOFI.ST) issued a 300 million-krona subordinated tier 2 capital instrument under its euro medium-term note program.The instrument carries a floating coupon rate of three-month Stockholm Interbank Offered Rate plus 225 basis points and a maturity of 10.25 years, according to a Wednesday release. Listing will take place on Euronext Dublin.The asset manager noted that the purpose of the offering was to optimize capital structure and support credit rating metrics.
