Greentown Management's (HKG:9979) newly contracted project gross floor area declined 32% year on year to 13.52 million square meters in the first half.Estimated project management fees from the new contracts fell 31.7% from a year earlier to 3.41 billion yuan, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.
