Winox Unit Sells Equipment Amid Cost-Cutting Efforts
Winox (HKG:6838) unit Huizhou Fengcai Precious Metal Manufacturing agreed to dispose of certain old equipment to Dongguan Heli Machinery Equipment.The disposal comes as part of a move to cut costs by slashing the capacity of certain production lines, according to a Thursday bourse filing.The equipment being sold comprises voltage regulators, transformers, oil mist separators, vertical machining centers, and compact machining centers.The stainless steel products company will use proceeds to replenish working capital.
