Noah Holdings Lowers Per-Share Final, Special Dividends After Share Count Increase
Noah Holdings (HKG:6686) adjusted the per-share amount of its previously announced final and special dividends following an increase in its outstanding shares.The company lowered both the final and special dividends to 0.892 yuan per share from 0.933 yuan per share, while keeping the total distribution amount for each dividend unchanged at 306 million yuan, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.The adjustment follows the issue of new shares on June 27 and the cancellation of repurchased shares on July 7, which increased the company's total shares outstanding to 343.2 million from 328.0 million.
