BrainAurora Medical Technology's Chair Plans Shareholding Increase
BrainAurora Medical Technology (HKG:6681) said its chairman and controlling shareholder, Tan Zheng, plans to acquire additional shares in the company worth up to HK$80 million, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.The purchases will be made from the open market over six months directly or through entities controlled by Tan.Tan and parties acting in concert with him are currently interested in a little over 459.4 million, or 33.83%, shares in the digital diagnostics and therapies provider.
