SY Holdings Logs Rise in 2025 Profit
SY Holdings (HKG:6069) recorded a rise in attributable profit in 2025 to 478.9 million yuan from 380.2 million yuan a year prior, according to the firm's annual report filed with the Hong Kong bourse Monday.The digital finance firm's earnings per share jumped to 0.48 yuan in the year from 0.39 yuan in 2024.Revenue and income from principal activities slipped 1.7% to 903.5 million yuan from 919.4 million yuan in the year-ago period.The company proposed a final dividend of 0.4047 yuan per share and a special dividend of 0.2319 yuan per share for the year.The final dividend is payable Aug. 17 to shareholders of record on July 20, subject to shareholder approval, while the special dividend is expected to be paid Feb. 26, 2027.
