Capital Environment Unit Enters Waste Treatment Services Contract with Affiliate
Capital Environment (HKG:3989) unit Capital Environment Technology won a public tender to provide waste screening and leachate treatment services to Sichuan Qingshi Construction.The considerations for the two services under the Qixiandomestic waste sanitary landfill project are 39.6 million yuan and 3.6 million yuan, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.The waste screening project will include the establishment of one screening line with a daily processing capacity of 800 tonnes, and will have a construction period of 660 days. The leachate treatment services will be provided for 22 months.Sichuan Qingshi Construction is a unit of Beijing Capital Eco-Environment Protection (SHA:600008), which is also a controlling shareholder of Capital Environment.
