CRRC Times Electric Q1 Profit Up 2%; Hong Kong Shares Fall 5%
Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric (SHA:688187) posted first-quarter attributable net profit of 643 million yuan, up 1.9% from 631 million yuan the previous year.Earnings per share rose to 0.47 yuan from 0.45 yuan, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.Revenue went up 12% year over year to 5.1 billion yuan from 4.54 billion yuan.Shares of the train manufacturer were down 5% in Hong Kong in recent trade.
