Parkson Retail Unit Extends Nanchang Store Lease Through 2041
Parkson Retail's (HKG:3368) Jiangxi Parkson renewed the lease for its Nanchang department store site in Jiangxi, China, on Wednesday, according to a same-day bourse filing.The retail group said the agreement with landlord Jiangxi Kaimei Development will run through Dec. 31, 2041, effective when its existing lease expires on Dec. 31, 2026.
