Kinergy Grants 7.7 Million Share Options as Incentives
Kinergy (HKG:3302) granted a little over 7.7 million share options to certain participants on Monday under a 2018 incentive plan, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.The options are exercisable into the same number of shares at HK$0.365 per share from the date of vesting of the options to April 13, 2031, subject to the fulfillment of certain performance targets.The shares represent roughly 0.84% of the high-tech capital equipment manufacturer's share capital on full exercise.The grantees include eight employees, including the firm's chief operating office and vice president of original design manufacturer.
