Golden Faith's (HKG:2863) Chairman Ko Chun Hay Kelvin completed the placing of 119.6 million, or 17.34%, shares he holds in the company, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.Shares of the electrical and maintenance engineering services company were up over 8% in Friday afternoon trading.The chair no longer holds any shares in the company.
