Estun Automation Sees Sharp Rise in Q1 Profit
Estun Automation's (HKG:2715, SHE:002747) first quarter profit jumped sharply year on year to 97.8 million yuan from 12.6 million yuan a year earlier, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Wednesday.The industrial robotics maker's Hong Kong shares gained nearly 4% in afternoon trade Thursday.Earnings per share were 0.1128 yuan, compared with 0.0146 yuan in the prior year period.Operating revenue fell over 2% year on year to 1.22 billion yuan, figures showed.
