APT Electronics Shareholder to Increase Stake
APT Electronics' (HKG:2551) controlling shareholder and members of its senior management plan to buy shares of the firm from the open market, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Monday.The firm said the shareholding increase plan will not trigger a mandatory offer obligation under Hong Kong regulations.
