Huaibei GreenGold Industry Eyes Cooperation on Marble Mine Project
Huaibei GreenGold Industry Investment (HKG:2450) is in preliminary talks with Henan Yuxin Mining Technology for cooperation on a marble mine project in Henan Province, China, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.A letter of intent for cooperation was signed with Henan Yuxin Mining Technology, which acquired the mining rights for the mine in March 2025 at a starting price of 133.3 million yuan.The mining license for an area of nearly 2.2 square kilometers and a production scale of 1.2 million tonnes per year is valid for 24.1 years.The mine has designed-for-utilization marble resource reserves of nearly 27.2 million tonnes, recoverable reserves of a little over 25.8 million tonnes, and an estimated 14.6 million tonnes of construction stone for comprehensive utilization.
