TK Group's Profit Slides 17% in 2025; Dividend Declared
TK Group (HKG:2283) recorded a profit of HK$218 million in 2025, down 17% from HK$261.9 million a year prior, according to the company's annual report filed with the Hong Kong bourse Thursday.The plastic manufacturer's earnings per share slipped to HK$0.26 from HK$0.32 in 2024.Revenue increased 1.5% to HK$2.39 billion year over year from HK$2.36 billion previously.The firm recommended a final dividend of HK$0.062 per share and a special dividend of HK$0.10 per share for the year, payable June 15 to shareholders of record on May 29, subject to shareholder approval.
