Shanghai Conant Optical (HKG:2276) has signed a binding memorandum of understanding with a global technology firm to supply lenses for a smart glasses project, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.Shares of the optics company were up nearly 2% in Thursday morning trade.The agreement sets out a multi-year mass production partnership covering capacity, output, timelines, and capital investment, with the company designated as a core lens supplier for the client's flagship products.
