Jolimark Seeks HK$14 Million via Equity Offering; Shares Jump 33%
Jolimark (HKG:2028) said it was seeking HK$13.5 million via a share offering, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.The printer manufacturer's shares gained over 33% in afternoon trade Wednesday.The company priced 122.6 million shares at HK$0.11 each to strengthen its financial position.The shares represent 20% of the company's issued share capital and 16.67% as enlarged by the issue.
