Hong Kong Court Moves Ta Yang's Winding-Up Petition Hearing to Late October; Shares Rise 3%
Ta Yang Group Holdings (HKG:1991) said the Hong Kong High Court has further adjourned a hearing linked to a winding-up petitition filed against the company, according to a Monday filing with the bourse.The company said the court has moved the hearing to Oct. 26 from Sept. 21, and also ordered it to make a security payment of HK$20 million within 28 days.Ta Yang said it will be able to arrange the security money for the court with the given time period.Shares were last up 3% in afternoon trading on Tuesday.
