Nameson Proposes Share Option Scheme
Nameson (HKG:1982) is proposing a new share option scheme to replace a 2016 incentive plan which expired April 11.The adoption of the new scheme, to incentivize employees and retain and attract talent, is subject to shareholder approval, according to a Wednesday bourse filing.The scheme, if approved, will be valid for 10 years from the adoption date, the knitwear manufacturer said.
