Blackstone, ESR Join Forces for Logistics Asset in Seoul, South Korea
Blackstone Real Estate Partners-managed funds invested in a majority interest in a prime dry storage logistics development in South Korea's Seoul Metropolitan Area, through a primary share issuance.ESR (HKG:1821) will remain an investor in Sanha Logistics Park II and continue as the development and asset manager of the asset through ESR Kendall Square, its South Korean platform, according to a joint statement on Thursday.The 334,000-square-meter project is on track to be completed in 2028.
