Envision Greenwise Turns to Full-Year Profit; Shares Rise 13%
Envision Greenwise (HKG:1783) recorded an attributable profit of HK$60.9 million for the year ended March 31, compared with an attributable loss of HK$15.7 million a year prior, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.Shares of the construction company were up over 13% in Friday afternoon trading.Earnings per share stood at HK$0.0217, compared with a loss per share of HK$0.0122 in the previous fiscal year.Revenue surged 183% to HK$2.46 billion from HK$869.7 million in the year-ago period, mainly contributed by substantially higher revenue from reverse supply chain management and environmental-related services.The company recommended a final dividend of HK$0.01 per share for the year, payable on or around Sept. 23 to shareholders of record on Sept. 8.
