DKE Nets HK$355 Million in Hong Kong IPO

DKE Holding (HKG:1770) raised HK$355.4 million in net proceeds from its initial public offering in Hong Kong after pricing the shares at the bottom of the indicative range, according to a Wednesday after-market filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.The e-paper display module maker issued 5.12 million shares at HK$78.64 apiece, the lower end of its guidance of as high as HK$101.11 per share.The Hong Kong public offering was 1,067.54 times subscribed, with 511,900 shares allocated, while the international offering was 3.69 times subscribed, with 4.6 million shares allocated.DKE is set to debut on the Hong Kong bourse today, July 9.
