E-Commodities Provides Counter-Guarantees for Xianghui Energy Bank Facilities
E-Commodities (HKG:1733) agreed to provide counter-guarantees in favor of Xiangyu Joint Stock (SHA:600057) for banking facilities extended to Xianghui Energy, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.Shares of the coal trader were up over 1% in Friday morning trade.The guarantees comprise up to 80.9 million yuan and 32.3 million yuan under two separate counter-guarantee agreements, reflecting the company's 49% stake in Xianghui Energy.The new agreements replace earlier counter-guarantee arrangements signed in 2025.
