AsiaInfo Technologies Posts Narrower Q1 Loss
AsiaInfo Technologies (HKG:1675) posted a net loss of about 308 million yuan for the first quarter, narrowing 14% from a year earlier, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.Shares of the firm were down nearly 3% in late morning trade on Tuesday.Revenue fell 6.9% to about 994 million yuan.The company attributed the loss to seasonal procurement cycles, business restructuring, and one-off workforce optimization costs, while noting improved operating margins.
