Tianjin Tianbao Energy's (HKG:1671) Chairman Zhou Shanzhong will resign due to work adjustment.The resignation will be effective after shareholder approval is obtained for the appointment of a new executive Director, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.The power generation company is currently identifying a suitable candidate to succeed Zhou.
