Cinese International's Chair Steps Down, Successor Named; Shares Surge 27%
Cinese International Group's (HKG:1620) Chairperson Kou Chung Yin Mariana resigned, effective July 30, to devote more time to her other business commitments and personal endeavors, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.The travel company's stock climbed 27% during Friday afternoon trading.The company, on the same day, named Liu Jieying as its new chair. Liu has been the CEO of Andres International Education Group since June 2018
