Alliance International Education Leasing Enters 37 Million Yuan Finance Lease Deal
Alliance International Education Leasing (HKG:1563) said its wholly owned unit, International Alliance Financial Leasing (Shenzhen), entered into a three-year finance lease agreement with Dongtai Leida Steel Cord.Under the agreement, International Alliance Financial Leasing will purchase production equipment from Dongtai Leida Steel for 37 million yuan and lease it back for a total of about 41.1 million yuan, including interest, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.The equipment, including wire drawing and bead wire production lines, has a book value of about 67.5 million yuan.
