Edvance International Unit Enters Strategic Cooperation for Agentic AI Platform Operation
Edvance International's (HKG:1410) Singapore-incorporated unit Paradise Matrix entered into a three-year strategic cooperation agreement with CWG Innovations to operate a unified agentic AI platform, RealRelay.ai.The move builds on the joint development of the platform, for which the company had engaged CWG Innovations, a Tuesday bourse filing showed.The platform is proposed to offer multiple vertical agentic AI agents specialized in the cybersecurity niche on a subscription basis, and may cover other sectors such as education in the future.Under the contract, the company will commercialize the platform with the aim of driving subscription fees, while CWG will be responsible for its day-to-day operation, maintenance, management, and administration.The intellectual property rights developed or created for the platform related specifically to the cybersecurity vertical agentic AI agents will be exclusively owned by the company.
