Biosysen (HKG:1355) adjusted the conversion price of certain convertible bonds to HK$0.129 apiece from HK$0.155 previously with retroactive effect from Aug. 4.The HK$50 million convertible bonds were issued to a subscriber on Aug. 5, a Tuesday bourse filing showed.The adjustment comes following the issue of 596.5 million rights shares on Sept. 8.Following the change, the number of conversion shares to be issued on full conversion of the outstanding bonds will rise to 387.6 million, representing 17.8% of the company's enlarged issued share capital.
