Ruichang International CEO Increases Stake in Firm
Ruichang International (HKG:1334) said its controlling shareholder and chief executive, Lu Bo, bought 1.37 million shares of the company from the open market, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.Lu purchased the shares for around HK$1.4 million.
