Adtigers (HKG:1163) said Chang Sufang has resigned as board chair, effective Monday, to separate the roles of chairperson and chief executive officer as part of the company's corporate governance changes.She will remain an executive director and chief executive officer, the company said in a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.Yang Wei has been appointed as non-executive director and chairman of the company, effective same date.
